Stacey is currently a learning and development specialist at the Co-op Group where she researches, designs, and delivers a comprehensive curriculum that builds the skills and knowledge of Council Members as Elected Representatives, ensuring strong governance and adherence to co-operative rules. 

Her previous experience includes shaping the educational vision of the Co-operative College as a lead education practitioner overseeing the design and delivery of high-quality learning programmes in co-operative leadership, governance, business practices, and international collaboration.  As such, she has a keen interest in promoting co-operative studies across the education spectrum, from schools and colleges to universities, believing that driving awareness is essential for the movement's future resilience and growth.
