Nick is a board member of Co-operatives UK, a director of the Heart of England Co-operative Society, and a member of the Senate at the Co-operative Group. Nick was lecturer in the business school at Coventry University specialising in co-operative and social enterprises. As well as serving as a trustee, Nick is also the review editor for the Journal of Co-operative Studies.
