Journal of Co-operative Studies, No. 66, pp. 29-30
This paper advocates that Co-operative societies should currently be examining their employment policies and practices very closely in order to meet the changes within the employment market over the next few years. The paper focus on youth employment suggesting that each Society needs to consider how they are perceived by young people and how well it has attracted and retained young people of quality in the past, and whether Co-operative principles continue to be relevant to young people.
