Thinking the unthinkable: Wake up in Sleepy Hollow

Abstract

Although Sleepy Hollow Society has had a long and honourable history, the difficulties it is facing lead to the suggestion of a management buyout. This article considers how the Society could maintain a co-operative form and rescue itself from the impending descent and looming bankruptcy.
