The paper reports on a study examining different approaches to member relations in consumer case studies. Space only allows for extracts of the case studies chosen for comparison: Royal Society for Protection of Birds, Oxford, Swindon, and Gloucester Co-operative Society, and Lincoln Co-operative Society. The paper summarises key learning points from each of the case studies.
