UKSCS online annual general meeting - 22 October 2026
AGM starts at 6pm (UK time)
We will be holding our annual general meeting (AGM) in line with our constitution on Thursday 22 October 2006. The meeting will be held on line and formal notice will be sent out to members shortly.
The UK Society for Co-operative Studies is membership based and registered in England and Wales as a charitable incorporated organisation (1175295). Our aim is to provide an independent space where members facilitate and share critical practice and engaged research on co-operatives and co-operation. Our AGM allows opportunities for us to review our activities, to allow members to contribute ideas, ask questions, and to agree on any actions to take forward.
UK resident standard members of UKSCS are eligible to vote, nominate, and/or stand for election to the Trustee Board. Nominated persons are subject to election at our AGM.
The AGM also provides a good opportunity for non-members to find out more about what we do and to consider joining as a member.
